Client Service Associate
Ann assists clients who call in with questions or needs regarding their accounts. She helps to prepare and gather appropriate documentation and information for a variety of client needs and aides in scheduling client meetings.
Prior to joining FSA, Ann worked for American Financial Management Group (AFMG), Inc. where she developed the valuable skills and experience she needed to work directly with clients. Upon marrying her husband, she left AFMG and moved to the D.C. area.
Ann loves FSA’s small company feel, plus the personalized attention she is able to provide each client. She enjoys building client relationships and helping them meet their goals. In her spare time she enjoys photography, reading and hiking.
