Client Service Manager
Jamie is the manager for FSA’s Client Services Department. She oversees the Client Service Team and works closely with the other departments to help to ensure that client needs are served timely and accurately. She assists clients who call in with questions or requests regarding their accounts. She also is responsible for preparing paperwork and other documentation for client investment review meetings.
Prior to joining FSA, Jamie worked as a personal bill-paying specialist. She helped clients learn to budget, manage their money, and pay their bills on time. Such responsibilities taught her the ins and outs of finances, as well as helped her to refine her customer service skills.
Jamie is proud to be a part of FSA and considers the team her second family. In her spare time, she enjoys watching true crime TV, spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her tiny Chihuahua Ava!
